Shipping policy

Handling Time:

• Most orders are shipped within one working day. However, certain items may require additional processing time. If your item requires more time to dispatch, we will notify you via email.
• Generally, heavy-weight products and items listed as "as-is or used" may take longer to prepare for shipment.

Shipping Method:

• We typically ship orders via FedEx or DHL. If you have a preferred carrier, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• All heavy-weight shipments are dispatched via Air Freight or Sea Freight, depending on the destination and the nature of the product.

Shipping Charges:

• The majority of our products qualify for free express shipping.
• Heavy-weight shipments may incur additional shipping charges. These charges will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product and same will be informed after your order.

Shipping Time:

• Domestic: Generally takes three to eight days. Heavy-weight shipments may take longer time.
• International: Generally takes four to ten days. Heavy-weight or sea freight shipments may take longer time. We will inform you regarding delivery time if it will take longer then usual.
