IMO Triple Screw Pumps
Genuine IMO three-screw pumps for lubrication, fuel supply, circulation & transfer
New and reconditioned IMO ACD, ACE, ACF and ACG triple-screw pumps, plus spares support for existing units. Matched to your part number, duty point and vessel or plant fluid — with pressure testing before dispatch on reconditioned units.
What a three-screw pump actually does
A single power rotor, driven by the motor, meshes with two idler rotors. As the screws turn, fluid is trapped in sealed cavities and pushed smoothly along the pump axis toward the outlet — no valves, no pulsing, no metal-on-metal wear.
Smooth, low-pulsation flow
Minimal pressure ripple compared to gear or piston pumps.
Self-lubricating by design
The pumped fluid lubricates the rotor set and, on ACE/ACF, the internal bearing.
Wide viscosity tolerance
From 1.4 cSt up to 5,000 cSt depending on series.
Built-in overpressure protection
Factory-set, field-adjustable relief valve on every series.
Two seal executions, one pump family
Each series is available with a Lube Line seal (carbon/carbide, Viton elastomers) optimised for light-duty lube and hydraulic oil, or a heavier Fuel Line seal (silicon carbide/silicon carbide) rated for higher-temperature fuel oil duty. This is set by the seal code in the model number — see the decoder below.
Keep an existing pump running
Minor/repair kits (seals, O-rings, gaskets) and rotor sets are stocked for ACD, ACE and ACG, with mechanical shaft seals available for ACF — useful if you just need to service a pump already onboard rather than replace it.

Any non-aggressive fluid with sufficient lubricating properties, across a viscosity range of 1.4 to 5,000 cSt depending on series and seal execution.
Industries & applications
The same rotor design covers duty across marine, power generation and heavy process industries.
ACD, ACE, ACF, ACG at a glance
All four are Std Line three-screw pumps from the same rotor family. The difference is scale, pressure headroom and how they're driven — pick by flow and duty, then confirm seal execution against your fluid.

How to read the model code
Every series follows the same logic. Once you can read one, you can read a part number from any of the four families — useful for cross-checking what's actually fitted before you order a replacement.
How we supply ACD / ACE / ACF / ACG
Three ways to fill the same requisition, depending on your budget, lead time and dry-dock schedule.
New Pumps
- Factory-new IMO pumps
- Matched to your existing model code and seal execution
Reconditioned
- Fully inspected and in satisfactory working condition
- 100% tested at full pressure before dispatch (not applicable to ACF)
- Testing video available on request
Spares Support
- High-quality replacement spares are available
- Minor kits, rotor sets and shaft seals cross-referenced to your model code
Quotes built around how you actually buy
Two roles, two priorities — we work to both in the same quote.
Part number accuracy
Every quote is checked against the full model code, not just a series name, so what arrives matches what's fitted.
Spec & compatibility sign-off
Flow, pressure, viscosity and seal execution confirmed against your engine or system before dispatch.
Condition transparency
Clear labelling of new, reconditioned or spares status on every listing — no ambiguity at goods-in.
Pressure-tested before dispatch
Reconditioned units are tested at full pressure prior to shipping (ACF excluded); testing video available on request.
Two entities, one stock pool
Amin Corporation (India) and Aminco Machinery and Spares Trading FZCO (UAE) both draw from the same catalogue.
Stock & lead-time clarity
Availability confirmed at quote stage — important when you're working against a dry-dock or port-call window.
